This is more than a photo session. It is an invitation to slow down, to be seen, and to preserve the tender, ordinary beauty of your story.

2026 Pricing

Sessions are available on select evenings and weekends.

To Reserve:

A non-refundable 50% retainer is required at the time of booking and contract signing. This allows me to hold that time especially for your family and begin preparing for your session with care and intention. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your session.

Good to Know:

Before we begin, I like to be clear about a few things, not because they’re complicated, but because feeling informed is part of feeling taken care of.

Why do you keep the copyright to my photos?

It’s the quiet, standard thread running through every photographer’s work, a way of protecting the images themselves. In practice, it changes very little for you: your photos are still fully yours to use, print, and share. Copyright simply means I’m the one who speaks for the work when it travels beyond personal use, into advertising, or a brand’s hands.

What can I do with my photos?

Everything personal. Print them, frame them, post them, send them to the people who’ll love them most. That’s what your Personal Use License is there for, no restrictions, no second-guessing.

What counts as “commercial use”?

It’s the difference between living with your photos and selling with them, a business using an image to advertise, promote, or move a product. If you’re here for a portrait, family, or wedding session, this quietly doesn’t apply to you.

I’m a brand — how does this work for me?

Editorial & Brand work starts with a conversation about how the images will live in the world - where, how long, and in what form, and a licensing agreement built around that from the very beginning, so nothing is left to guess later.

Can a brand use photos I’m in without asking you?

Not without reaching me first. Any commercial use asks for written permission, a small safeguard that protects the image, and the person inside it.

What if my needs change after our session, say, I’d love to use a photo for my own small business?

Just tell me. That’s all it takes to start. Most of the time, it’s a simple licensing add-on, and we’ll figure it out together.

Will my photos show up on your website or Instagram?

Sometimes, yes. Sharing real moments from real sessions is part of how this work finds its way to the next person who needs it. If you’d rather keep yours quietly your own, just say so, and I’ll always honor that.

How far in advance should I book?

I hold space for a limited number of sessions each season, so reaching out as soon as a date takes shape in your mind is never too early, especially for weddings and the busier months. If your timeline feels tight, ask anyway. I’ll always tell you the truth about what’s possible.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Some things are simply out of our hands. If conditions make your session unsafe or unworkable, I’ll offer one complimentary reschedule, found around both our calendars - no extra cost, no added worry.

Will I receive RAW files, or the edited images?

The edited ones, the version that carries my full creative hand, from color to composition. I don’t send unedited files, but everything delivered in your gallery is yours to keep, download, and print without limit.

Can I order prints, albums, or other keepsakes?

Yes, through my Pic-Time print store, the place I trust for true color and lasting quality. Home printers and retail kiosks can shift tones or fade with time in ways I can’t control. You’re welcome to print elsewhere, I only ask that you keep that in mind.

What if my session takes us outside Long Island or NYC?

I love the ones that ask me to travel. Send me your location and vision, and I’ll put together a quote that accounts for the distance, clear, and always before you book.

Still have a question that isn’t here? That’s exactly what this is for.

Let’s talk about your day.

Pricing is really just the beginning of a longer conversation, one about your story, your timeline, and what you're hoping to hold onto. If any of this feels right, I'd love to hear more about what you have in mind.
